OPERATIONS & LOGISTICS MANAGER

• You’re a Numbers Ninja. You write queries and build models for fun, and you don’t think that’s weird. You’ve memorized a disturbing amount of Excel shortcuts. You try to solve all your problems with macros and pivot tables. Even life problems. Bottom line: You’re ready, willing, and able to make game-changing decisions based on data.

• You can juggle better than Cirque du Soleil performers. Whether you’re interviewing drivers, performing data analysis, or dealing with an emergency, you have the ability to multitask and stay calm.

• Being strategic and entrepreneurial is second nature.  You’re pumped to make Baltimore easier to live in and to create economic opportunities for our partners. See an operational process that could be better? You roll up your sleeves and fix it. You get excited to constantly figure out new ways to do things and push them out Uber-wide.

COMMUNITY MANAGER

• You’re a hustler. You own the room when you walk in – and leave with new connections. You know what’s going on in the city better than the Mayor and you are ready to be the voice (and face) of Uber Baltimore.

• When it comes to being creative, you give Steven Spielberg a run for his money. You dream big, get people excited, and make things happen. Ice Cream…Boats on Demand…you get the picture.  Having fun never felt so rewarding.

• “I’m a people person” is an understatement. Haters gonna hate, but you brush it off! It’s no problem taking a negative and turning it into a positive. You’re ready to turn a critic into your biggest evangelist.

• You’re superhuman. Some days you’ll work late and some days you’ll work early…whatever it takes to get s#@! done. And you’re not easily overwhelmed. Thousands of Uber user emails a month? No sweat.
